Client: Zesbaans & Freemote
Type: Projection mapping installation
Year: 2011

I was asked to come up with an eyecatcher projection piece for Freemote festival 2011. We decided on creating a 3.5 meter pyramid which we hung upside down in one of the installation exhibition rooms.

Using projection mapping techniques and a sensor we transformed it into an installation that emphasizes tipping points and threshold. Which was the theme of the festival. People can change the state of the pyramid by touching the tip of the pyramid which is about 1.80m form the ground.

Since the festival is also about co-creation, we hosted workshops to allow people to also create visuals for the pyramid.
